省流域中心节能降碳运行观测与成效分析

摘要:

党政机关、企事业单位开展节约型机关建设,是践行习近平生态文明思想,响应“碳达峰碳中和”目标,推行绿色办公模式、降低机关运行成本的重要举措。山东省海河淮河小清河流域水利管理服务中心在开展节约型机关建设以来,通过节能节水改造、规范制度管理和宣传教育引导，全方位多角度降低能源资源消耗量，提高能源资源利用率，引导干部职工培养绿色低碳的工作生活方式,促进公共机构事业发展向绿色低碳转型,打造机关绿色低碳典范样板。

Abstract:

The construction of conservation-oriented unit is carried out in the government agencies, enterprises and institutions as an important measure to practice President Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization, respond to the goal of "carbon peak carbon neutrality", promote the green office model, and reduce the operating costs. In the past years, it carried out the conservation-oriented unit construction in Haihe River, Huaihe River and Xiaoqinghe River Basin Water Conservancy Management and Service Center of Shandong Province, through energy-saving and water-saving transformation, standardized systematic management and publicity, education and guidance, reduced energy and resource consumption in an all-round and multi-angle, improved energy and resource utilization. By guiding the employees to cultivate green and low-carbon working and living styles and promote the transition of public institutions to green and low-carbon development, it created a green and low-carbon organization model.
