嵩山水库运行维护中心进一步落实水利工程管理单位安全主体责任,强化安全基础管理,规范安全生产行为,推动全员、全方位、全过程安全管理,将水利安全生产标准化建设作为水库基础性、经常性工作。通过推进规章制度规范化、现场检查制度化、管理细节精细化,进一步提升了水库安全生产建设水平,扎实完成达标创建工作。

Abstract:

In Songshan Reservoir Operation and Maintenance Center, it takes actions of the safety main responsibility of water project management units, such as strengthening the basic safety management, standardizing the safety production behavior, promoting the safety management of all personnel, all aspects and the whole process, which standardizes the construction of water safety production as the basic and regular work of the reservoir. By promoting the standardization of rules and regulations, the institutionalization of on-site inspections, and the refinement of management details, the reservoir safety production construction has been further improved, and the creation of standards has been solidly completed.
