Abstract:

In Weishan Irrigation District of Liaocheng Municipality, there is an innovation of the "five-type" management method, which creates a new path of standardized management, ie. "chain type", "standardized type", "closed-loop type", "intelligent type" and "active type". It uses modern ways to improve the overall service level and operation efficiency of the irrigation district, through institutionalized, standardized and collaborative operation management, and furthermore, promotes the high-quality development of the irrigation district.
