This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of water resource imbalance and water supply an safety in Zaozhuang Municipality, and furthermore, it puts forward a series of measures to ensure the healthy development of urban water supply industry, so as to provide reference for improving water supply management, ensuring urban water supply safety and strengthening urban emergency capacity building.
