以沟里水库增容、除险加固为背景，介绍了沟里水库工程概况、病险问题，分析了其增容、除险加固的必要性，并对水库的增容、加固方案进行分析比较，最终确定了经济合理、技术可行的设计方案，为类似水库的增容与加固设计提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

Based on the background of capacity increase and risk elimination of Gouli Reservoir， this paper introduces the engineering situation and risk problems of the reservoir， analyzes the necessity and compares the plans f capacity ncrease and risk elimination of reservoir. Therefore， it determines the economically reasonable and technically feasible design scheme， which can provide reference for the design of capacity increase and strengthening of similar reservoirs.
