山东省农村供水绿色低碳发展的思考

Thinking on Green and Low-carbon Development of Rural Water Supply in Shandong

摘要:

通过解读碳达峰、碳中和目标，分析山东省农村供水碳排放的主要来源，提出农村供水工程绿色低碳发展及供水工程管理减碳策略。在“双碳”目标下促进农村供水绿色低碳发展，能够有效助力山东省黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展，有力助推“双碳”目标实现。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the main sources of carbon emissions from rural water supply in Shandong Province, by interpreting the targets of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and proposes the green low-carbon development of rural water supply engineering and carbon reduction strategies for water supply engineering management. Promoting the green and low-carbon development of rural water supply under the double carbon-related goals can effectively help the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province, and furthermore promote the realization of the goals effectively.
