山东省胶东调水工程标准化管理实践探析

摘要:

调水工程标准化管理是一项系统性、复杂性和综合性工作，必须立足工程实际、遵循客观规律、运用科学方法。近年来，山东省胶东调水工程推进标准化管理工作，成功创建全国首批水利部标准化管理调水工程，并总结形成了“1139"工作法。文章系统阐述了“1139"工作法的主要内容、目标要求、具体措施和工作要点，为大型调水工程开展标准化管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The standardization management of water diversion project is a systematic, complex and comprehensive work, which must be based on engineering practice, following objective rules and use scientific methods. In recent years, Water Diversion Project Operation and Maintenance Center of Shandong Province has promoted standardized management, successfully created the first batch of standardized water diversion projects in the Ministry of Water Resources, and summarized and formed the "1139" working method. This paper expounds the main contents, target requirements, specific measures and key points of the "1139" working method systematically, which provides reference for the standardization management of large-scale water diversion projects.
