Discussion on Construction of Modern Water Grid in Pingyuan

摘要:

为积极相应现代水网建设要求，促进平原县水利基础设施高质量发展，在分析平原县水系现状、现实存在问题以及现代水网建设需求的基础上，以平原县水问题为导向，以人民需求为牵引，提出了“五纵三横、三库四厂”的现代水网总体布局，积极构建平原县水资源配置网、防洪减灾网、智慧水利网和“水+产业”网四网合一的现代水网体系，为平原县现代水网高质量发展筑牢基础。

Abstract:

In order to respond to the requirements of modern water grid construction actively and promote the high-quality development of water infrastructure in Pingyuan County, it made a sound base on the analysis of the current situation of the water system, the existing problems and the needs of modern water grid construction in Pingyuan County.Based on the analysis, the overall layout of the modern water grid of "five vertical and three horizontal, three reservoirs and four plants" is proposed to address the water problems in the County and take the people's needs as the guide. As well, it build water resources allocation network, flood control and disaster reduction network, smart water network and "water + industry" network, with the four networks in one modern water system, to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of modern water grid in Pingyuan County.
