淄博市水资源配置规划分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of the Water Resources Allocation Plan in Zibo

摘要:

淄博市是严重缺水城市，水资源时空分布不均，开展水资源优化配置及其规划显得尤为重要。淄博市按照高效、可持续的原则，通过合理调控需求、有效增加供水、积极保护生态环境等措施，对多种可利用的水源在区域间和各用水行业间进行调配，并在淄博市规划水平年需水预测、供水预测和工程规划的基础上，提出淄博市规划水平年水资源合理配置方案及规划推进策略。

Abstract:

Zibo Municipality suffers water shortage severely, and the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources is uneven. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out the optimization and allocation of water resources and planning. In accordance with the principles of high efficiency and sustainability, it allocates various available water sources among regions and water-using industries through measures such as reasonably regulating and controlling water demand, effectively increasing water supply, and actively protecting the ecological environment. Based on the water demand prediction, water supply prediction and project planning in the planned level year of Zibo Municipality, this paper puts forward a reasonable water resources allocation plan and a planning promotion strategy for the planned level year of Zibo Municipality.
