近年来，临沂市积极开展智慧水利建设，在水利信息化基础设施建设、智慧平台建设应用等方面进行了大量实践，并积极参与数字孪生水利先行先试。本文全面分析了临沂市开展数字孪生水利建设的基础条件和存在的问题，并提出了下一步建设建议，为市级水行政主管部门开展数字李生水利建设提供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, it has carried out the construction of smart water construction actively in Linyi Municipality, based on the practices of water resources information infrastructure construction, and the application of smart platform.Furthermore, it also participated in the first trial of digital twin water resources actively. This paper comprehensively analyzes the basic conditions and existing problems of digital twin water construction in Linyi, and puts forward suggestions for the next step, which can provide reference for municipal water administrative authorities to carry out digital twin water construction.
