近年来，泗水县通过实施城乡供水一体化建设，全县城乡供水一体化格局已全面形成，并已实现一个公司运营的管理模式。但由于规模化供水涉及面广、量大，在运行管理上存在不同程度的问题，影响了部分工程正常运行和效益的发挥。文章在对泗水县农村供水工程建设与管理现状分析的基础上，总结泗水县农村供水工程中主要存在部分工程建设标准不高、运维模式、信息化建设水平低等问题。分析结果旨在为泗水县农村供水可持续发展、推进农村供水工程建设项目谋划及完善农村供水工程运行管理机制提供参考依据。

Abstract:

In recent years, through the implementation of urban and rural water supply integration construction in Sishui County, the urban and rural water supply integration pattern has been fully formed, and has achieved an operation management mode by a company. However, because large-scale water supply involves a wide range and a large amount, there are different problems in operation and management, which affect the normal operation and benefit of some projects.Based on the analysis of the construction and management status of the rural water supply project in Sishui County, the paper has a conclusion on the problems in the rural water supply project, such as low construction standard, operation and maintenance mode and low level of information construction. The analysis will help to provide reference for sustainable development of rural water supply, promoting the planning of rural water supply construction projects and improving the operation and management mechanism of rural water supply projects in Sishui County.
