近年来,随着科技的飞速发展和我国经济的持续增长,施工业业发生了翻天覆地的变化。为了更好地开展水利水电工程项目的施工建设工作,本文分析了水利水电工程项目施工管理中存在的风险,结合实例提出了风险管理的策略,以最大限度地降低或避免这些项目的风险。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous growth of China's economy, the construction industry has undergone tremendous changes. In order to better carry out the construction of water and hydropower projects, this paper analyzes the risks existing in the construction management, and combines practical examples to propose risk management strategies to minimize or avoid the risks of these projects.
