Implementation Strategy of the Sorting and Archiving of Construction Documents of Shuanghou Reservoir

水利工程实施过程中资料的整理归档工作对于工程施工质量的保证、工程交付后后期维护和管理具有重要意义。本文结合临沂市蒙河双堠水库工程(主体部分)实施,从水利工程施工过程中档案管理存在问题、双堠水库施工资料整理归档、信息化档案管理等方面进行探讨,以期为水利工程施工期档案资料管理提供参考。

Abstract:

The sorting and archiving of documents during the implementation of water projects is of great significance for ensuring the construction quality of the project and for the later maintenance and management after the project is delivered. Combined with the implementation of the main part of the Shuanghou Reservoir Project on the Meng River in Linyi Municipality, this paper discusses aspects such as the existing problems in documentation management during the construction process of water projects, the sorting and archiving of the construction documents of Shuanghou Reservoir, and information-based documentation management, with expectation for providing a reference for the documentation management during the construction period of water projects.
