山东水利职业学院水文化育人路径探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Water Culture Education at Shandong Vocational College of Water Resources

摘要:

水文化是中华文化的重要组成部分。水利类职业院校应发挥水利行业特色,主动承担起保护、传承和弘扬水文化职责,发挥水文化在育人工作中的引领作用,培养更多能够适应水利行业建设、改革和发展的技术技能人才。山东水利职业学院创新水文化育人路径,聚焦培育有德、有智、有技、有志、有为的“苦水青年”,探索出符合水利特色、彰显水院风格的“五育并举”模式。

Abstract:

Water culture is an integral part of Chinese culture. Vocational colleges specializing in water resources should utilize their industry characteristics to actively take on the responsibility of protecting, inheriting, and promoting water culture. For these institutions, it should leverage the guiding role of water culture in education to train more technical and skilled professionals who can adapt to the construction, reform, and development of the water resources industry. For Shandong Vocational College of Water Resources, it has innovated paths in water culture education, focusing on cultivating “Like-Water Youth” which are moral, intelligent, skilled, ambitious, and capable. It has developed a “Five Educations in Parallel” model which aligns with the characteristics of water resources and highlights the style of the water college.
