Abstract:The stability analysis of reservoir bank slopes is one of the important contents in the survey of hub areas, which is related to the safety during the construction and operation periods. The qualitative analysis of the slope stability in the reservoir hub area was carried out by stereographic projection, and the results showed that the slopes of the dam toe slab and spillway had different degrees of instability. After targeted treatment of the slopes with the measure of shotcrete with mesh, the limit equilibrium method in Lizheng Geotechnical Calculation Software was used for quantitative calculation of the stability of the supported slopes. The calculation results indicated that the slopes were in a stable state after the shotcrete with mesh support measures were adopted, which further confirmed the reliability of the support and provided a reference for the stability analysis and support of similar engineering slopes.
