文章应用WinCC软件系统，以胶东调水工程高疃泵站一桂山调流阀管道段为例，设计了一套管道水流监测系统，通过对管道充水阶段的水流状态及水头变化进行模拟，实现对水头走向的实时监控与预测，为调水工程的安全稳定运行提供了有力保障。

Abstract:

This paper taking the Gaotuan Pumping Station-Guishan Flow Regulating Valve pipeline section of the Water Diversion to Jiaodong Area Project as an example, this paper designs a set of pipeline water flow monitoring system using WinCC software. By simulating the water flow state and water head changes during the pipeline water filling stage, it realizes real-time monitoring and prediction of water head trends, providing a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the water diversion project.
