德州市水安全保障存在问题及对策分析

Analysis on Problems of Water Security Guarantee Issues and Countermeasures in Dezhou

近年来，德州市现代水网体系进一步优化，水安全保障能力达到新水平，但水安全问题仍是影响德州市经济增长与可持续发展的关键性瓶颈制约。文章以德州市水安全保障现状和存在的问题为导向，提出了相应的对策建议，为进一步完善德州市水安全保障体系提供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, the modern water grid has been further optimized in Dezhou Municipality, and the water security guarantee capacity has reached a new level. However, water security issues remain a key bottleneck restricting Dezhou's economic growth and sustainable development. Targeted in the current situation and existing problems of water security guarantee, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, providing a reference for further improving the water security guarantee system in Dezhou Municipality.
