烟台市2024年典型暴雨洪水分析及应对策略

Analysis and Countermeasures on Typical Rainstorm and Flood in 2024 in Yantai

烟台市2024年7月发生了历史罕见的暴雨，多站点出现自建站以来的最大6h、24h 降雨量，海阳市最大24 h 降雨量为历史极值，同时烟台市7月份降雨量为有水文资料记录的单月最大值。文章就烟台市水文中心开展水文测报、落实“四预”工作情况进行总结，为下一步工作打好基础，并为其他地区水文工作的开展起到借鉴作用。

Abstract:

A historically extraordinary rainstorm occurred in July 2024 in Yantai Municipality. Many stations recorded the maximum 6-hour and 24-hour rainfall since their establishment, with the maximum 24-hour rainfall in Haiyang City reaching a historical extreme value. Meanwhile, the rainfall in July was the maximum monthly rainfall in the hydrological data recordin Yantai. This paper summarizes the hydrological measurement and reporting mechanism carried out by Yantai Hydrological Center and the implementation of the "four previsions" work, laying a foundation for the plan in next step and providing a reference for the development of hydrological work in other regions.
