Abstract:

The construction of the river and lake chief system in Jinan has achieved remarkable results. Based on practical investigations, this paper expounds on the achievements and existing problems of the river and lake chief system construction in Jinan from the aspects of institutional mechanisms, water resources protection, management of river and lake water areas and coastlines, water pollution and water environment improvement, etc., and puts forward optimization countermeasures, aiming to provide references for improving the construction of the river and lake chief system.
