    摘要:

    济南锦绣川水库为高海拔山区水库,基础设施不足,防洪压力大。为确保防洪安全和公众生命财产安全,济南市水利工程服务中心锦绣川水库服务处与山东华特智慧科技有限公司以及济南大学等单位共同打造了锦绣川水库流域数字李生平台,并初步形成了流域“四预”体系,从而有效提高了流域降雨感知能力,并实现了流域的精确调度,流域防洪安全的优化对于推动社会经济协同发展具有显著效益。

    Abstract:

    Jinan Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir is a high-altitude mountain reservoir with insufficient infrastructure and great flood control pressure. To ensure flood control and the safety of public life and property, the Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir Service Office of Hydraulic Engineering Service Center of Jinan Municipality, together with scientific and institutions such as Shandong Huate Smart Technology Co., Ltd. and University of Jinan, has jointly built a digital twin platform for the Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir Basin. A preliminary "four-forecast" system for the basin has been formed, which has effectively improved the rainfall perception capability of the basin, realized precise dispatching of the basin, and optimized the flood control of the basin. This has shown significant benefits in promoting the coordinated progress of social economy.
