Problems in Ecological Restoration and Maintenance of the Yellow River and Management Countermeasures

以济南黄河河务局长清黄河河务局的黄河生态修复养护项目现状调查为基础,以项目存在问题为导向,围绕专业养护队伍、单位组织管理、细化养护要求、开展监督检查、专业技能培训、科学有效种植等6大方面,制定了相应对策,完善项目养护标准及规范,充分发挥水管单位的工程管理职能,为实现长清黄河“河畅、水清、岸绿、景美”的总体目标打下坚实基础,为黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供有力保障。

Abstract:

Based on the investigation of the current situation of the Yellow River ecological restoration and maintenance projects in Changqing District, and guided by the existing problems in the projects, corresponding countermeasures are formulated around six aspects: professional maintenance teams, organization and management, refined maintenance requirements, supervision and inspection, professional skills training, and scientific and effective planting. These measures aim to improve the maintenance standards and specifications of the projects, give full play to the project management functions of water management units, lay a solid foundation for achieving the overall goal of "smooth river, clear water, green banks and beautiful scenery"in the Changging section of the Yellow River, and provide strong support for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
