济南市锦绣川水库水生态问题与防治措施

Water Ecological Problems and Prevention Measures of Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir in Jinan

摘要:

作为国家重要饮用水水源地,锦绣川水库担负着济南市区40万居民的饮用水安全保障与生态补水,以及下游两个办事处的农业灌溉。近年来,水污染、生态破坏等问题愈加凸显,迫切需要强化水资源管理,健全环境保护治理体制,推动水生态文明建设。文章通过分析济南市锦绣川水库水环境突出问题,总结水生态修复、防治水资源污染等经验做法,构建泉城南部山区的水生态画卷。

Abstract:

As an important national drinking water source, Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir is responsible for ensuring the drinking water safety and ecological water supplement for 400,000 residents in Jinan's urban area, as well as agricultural irrigation in downstream. In recent years, problems such as water pollution and ecological damage have become increasingly prominent, making it urgent to strengthen water resources management, improve the environmental protection and management system, and promote the construction of water ecological civilization. By analyzing the prominent water environment problems of Jinan Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir, this paper summarizes the experiences and practices in water ecological restoration and prevention of water resources pollution, so as to build a water ecological picture of the southern mountainous area of Quancheng (Spring City, i.e. Jinan).
