Practices in the Construction of Modern Water Grid in Liaocheng

近年来,聊城市立足国家和省级水网布局,积极探索,超前谋划、全域建设特色现代水网,坚持依法管水、科技兴水、系统治水、改革活水、数字强水、文化铸水,坚定不移推动新阶段水利高质量发展。聊城市、高唐县先后被确定为山东省市级、县级现代水网示范区,聊城市成为全省4个市、县两级水网示范区全覆盖的地市之一,全市现代水网各项建设初步取得明显成效。

Abstract:

In recent years, based on the national and provincial water grid layouts, Liaocheng Municipality has actively explored and planned in advance to build a characteristic modern water grid across the region, adhering to the principles of water management by law, water development through science and technology, systematic water governance, water activation through reform, water strengthening through digitalization, and water culture casting, and unswervingly promoting the high-quality water development in the new stage. Liaocheng Municipality and Gaotang County have been successively identified as provincial-level modern water grid demonstration zones at the municipal and county levels, and Liaocheng has become one of the four cities in the province with full coverage of water network demonstration zones at both municipal and county levels. The construction of the modern water grid has initially achieved remarkable results. Key words: Liaocheng Municipality; Modern water grid; Water resources improvement
