    在供水泵站运行中,供水设备的电量消耗是供水成本的主要组成部分,供水机组能耗的高低与否直接关系供水泵站的经济效益。因此必须加强对供水设备的节能改造,通过调整水泵配置、合理选取电机、优化运行模式等方式来达到节能效果。文章以潍坊市峡山水库方家屯供水枢纽机组节能改造为例,对影响当前泵站运行中供水能耗的因素进行探究,分析了该泵站技能技术改造以及改造后的效果,并提出建议措施。

    Abstract:

    In the operation of water supply pumping stations, the power consumption of water supply equipment constitutes the main part of water supply costs, and the energy consumption level of water supply units directly affects the economic benefits of pumping stations. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen energy-saving transformations of water supply equipment, such as adjusting pump configurations, reasonably selecting motors, and optimizing operation modes, to achieve energy-saving effects. Taking the energy-saving transformation of the units in the Fangjiatun Water Supply Hub of Xiashan Reservoir in Weifang Municipality as an example, this paper explores the factors affecting the water supply energy consumption in the current operation of the pumping station, analyzes the technical transformation and post-transformation effects of the station, and proposes recommendations and measures.
