Abstract:In the operation of water supply pumping stations, the power consumption of water supply equipment constitutes the main part of water supply costs, and the energy consumption level of water supply units directly affects the economic benefits of pumping stations. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen energy-saving transformations of water supply equipment, such as adjusting pump configurations, reasonably selecting motors, and optimizing operation modes, to achieve energy-saving effects. Taking the energy-saving transformation of the units in the Fangjiatun Water Supply Hub of Xiashan Reservoir in Weifang Municipality as an example, this paper explores the factors affecting the water supply energy consumption in the current operation of the pumping station, analyzes the technical transformation and post-transformation effects of the station, and proposes recommendations and measures.
