山东水利利用外资项目立项的问题与建议

Problems on the Foreign-funded Water Project Approval and Suggestions in Shandong

摘要:

在我国水利事业的发展进程中,外资也是融资渠道之一,并且具有非常重要的推动作用。目前山东省水利利用外资项目在立项过程中存在着诸多问题,本文在分析这些问题及其原因的基础上,提出了科学立项的建议,为做好全省水利外资项目申请工作提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

In the development process of water sector in China, foreign finance is one of the financing sources and plays a very important role in promoting water development. At present, there are many problems in the foreign- funded water project approval process in Shandong. Based on the analysis of these problems and their causes, this paper puts forward suggestions for scientific project preparation, providing reference for foreign- funded water projects approval in Shandong.
