Construction and Optimization of Safety Production Management System for Guanlu Reservoir Project

文章探讨了青岛市官路水库工程建设安全生产管理体系的构建与优化路径,并分析官路水库工程当前安全生产管理的现状及存在的问题。通过实证研究方法,收集并分析青岛市官路水库工程建设项目资料,研究提出了新时代官路水库工程建设安全生产管理体系的目标、原则、组织架构及运作机制,并重点阐述了优化路径。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of safety production management in the Guanlu Reservoir Project in Qingdao. Through empirical research methods, data of the Guanlu Reservoir construction project are collected and analyzed. The paper proposes the objectives, principles, organizational structure, and operation mechanism of the safety production management system for the Guanlu Reservoir project construction in the new era, with a focus on expounding the optimization paths.
