Experience on Creating Engineering Standardization for Jihongtan Reservoir

摘要:

以棘洪滩水库工程创建水利部标准化为背景,分析了棘洪滩水库管理站目前管理现状,总结了在工程状况、安全管理、运行管护、管理保障和信息化建设等方面做出的实践,从管养分离与信息自动化方面分析存在的问题,并提出建议,不断提升水库管理站现代化管理水平,也为其他申报水利部标准化的工程提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the background of Jihongtan Reservoir's engineering standardization declaration to the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR), this paper analyzes the current management status of the Jihongtan Reservoir Management Station, summarizes practices in engineering conditions, safety management, operation and maintenance, management security, and informatization construction. It also identifies problems in separation of management and maintenance, information automation, and proposes suggestions to improve the modern management of the reservoir management station continuously, providing a reference for other projects applying for Ministry of Water Resources standardization.
