Countermeasure for the Upper Reach of Anxing River Comprehensive Improvement in Mudan District, Heze Municipality

摘要:

菏泽市牡丹区安兴河是辖区北部主要灌溉排涝河道,该河上游段经多年运行,现状河槽淤积严重,且原有堤防破坏严重,严重影响工程效益发挥。本文通过介绍安兴河及其上游段概况,分析工程区域地质和水文地质等情况,阐述安兴河上游段治理工程的河槽疏挖和复堤任务,详细介绍工程实施过程组织领导、占迁清障、环境保护、质量监管、安全生产监管、文明工地建设、工程档案管理等经验做法,并分析了工程取得的效益。

Abstract:

The Anxing River is the main irrigation and flood drainage river in the northern part of Mudan District, Heze Municipality. After years of operation, the current river channel of the upper reach is severely silted up, and the original embankments are damaged, which seriously affects the exertion of the project's benefits. This paper introduces the general situation of the Anxing River and its upper reach, analyzes the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the project area, and furthermore elaborates on the tasks of river channel dredging and embankment restoration. The paper also presents the experience and practices in details such as organizational arrangement, requisition and relocation and removal of obstacles, environmental protection, quality supervision, safety supervision, civilized construction sites, and project archives management during the project implementation process, and analyzes the benefits achieved by the project.
