山东省重点河流水资源调度实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Water Resources Allocation of Key Rivers in Shandong

摘要:

近年来,山东省积极开展重点河流水资源调度工作,通过建章立制、强化监管等一系列措施,不断推进重点河流水资源调度工作向规范化、制度化转变。文章在论述河流水资源调度经验做法及取得成果的基础上,分析目前山东省重点河流水资源调度存在的问题,并提出建议,为复苏母亲河行动和流域经济社会可持续发展提供水利支撑。

Abstract:

In recent years, Shandong Province has actively carried out water resources allocation for key rivers. Through a series of measures such as establishing systems and strengthening supervision, it has continuously promoted the standardization and institutionalization of water resources allocation for key rivers. Based on the experiences, practices and achievements in river water resources allocation, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the water resources allocation of key rivers in Shandong, and puts forward suggestions, so as to provide support from water resources aspect for the action of reviving the mother river and the sustainable development of the basin's economy and society.
