济南市水文站网建设现状与建议

Current Situation and Suggestions on the Construction of Hydrological Station Networks in Jinan

摘要:

分析了济南市水文站网建设、水文监测、水文预报及信息化的现状,总结了水文站网建设规模、应急监测能力、监测感知智能化水平、数据资源整合能力、网络通讯及安全保障体系等方面存在的问题,立足水文自动化、现代化及水文“十四五”规划目标,提出了7个方面的发展对策,可为济南市水文事业的高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of hydrological station networks, hydrological monitoring, hydrological forecasting, and informatization in Jinan Municipality. It summarizes the existing problems in aspects such as the construction scale of hydrological station networks, emergency monitoring capabilities, the intelligent level of monitoring perception, the integration ability of data resources, network communication, and the security guarantee system. Based on the goals of hydrological automation, modernization, and the 14th Five-Year Plan for hydrology, seven aspects of development countermeasures are proposed, which can provide a reference for the high-quality development of hydrological undertakings in Jinan Municipality.
