Abstract:Taking the Yihe River Basin as an example, based on the local actual situation and different allocation demands, this article presents three optimal water resource scheduling models, namely the Water Quantity Scheduling Model (DSM), the Planning Indicator Scheduling Model (PIM), and the Emergency Scheduling Model (ESM), and conducts an analysis of the optimal allocation of water resources based on different models. Through the analysis of the optimal allocation schemes of each model and their socioeconomic coupling degrees, it is considered that the Water Quantity Scheduling Model (DSM) has relatively significant comprehensive advantages, and it is recommended to be selected for the optimal allocation of water resources in the Yihe River Basin.
