    摘要:

    以沂河流域为例,针对当地实际情况和不同配置需求,构建水量调度模型(DSM)、规划指标调度模型(PIM)和应急调度模型(ESM)等3个水资源优化调度模型,展开基于不同模型的水资源优化配置分析。通过对各模型的优化配置方案及其社会经济耦合度分析,认为水量调度模型(DSM)具有比较显著的综合优势,推荐在沂河流域水资源优化配置中选用。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Yihe River Basin as an example, based on the local actual situation and different allocation demands, this article presents three optimal water resource scheduling models, namely the Water Quantity Scheduling Model (DSM), the Planning Indicator Scheduling Model (PIM), and the Emergency Scheduling Model (ESM), and conducts an analysis of the optimal allocation of water resources based on different models. Through the analysis of the optimal allocation schemes of each model and their socioeconomic coupling degrees, it is considered that the Water Quantity Scheduling Model (DSM) has relatively significant comprehensive advantages, and it is recommended to be selected for the optimal allocation of water resources in the Yihe River Basin.
