Main Practices and Experience of Soil and Water Conservation in Dong'e

摘要:

东阿县紧密围绕“建设黄河下游水土保持生态保护样板区”这一核心目标,将水土流失治理、乡村振兴与美丽乡村建设有效衔接,通过全面预防保护和系统治理,形成了较为完善的水土保持防护体系,走出了一条“一核四维九策”的东阿模式。文中介绍了东阿县水土流失治理和生态建设方面的主要经验做法及成效,以期借鉴。

Abstract:

Centering on the core goal of "building a model zone for soil and water conservation and ecological protection in the lower reaches of the Yellow River," Dong'e County has integrated soil and water loss control, rural revitalization, and beautiful countryside program effectively. Through comprehensive preventive protection and systematic improvement, it has formed a relatively complete soil and water conservation protection system and pioneered a model of "One core, Four dimensions, and Nine strategies" in Dong'e County. This paper introduces the main practices, achievements and experience of Dong'e County in soil and water loss control and ecological construction, hoping to provide references.
