费县在小流域治理过程中,以“治一方水土、兴一方经济、富一方百姓、美一方家园”为目标,通过开展顶层设计、创新统筹协调机制、盘活绿色资产、坚持山水林田湖草沙系统治理、引导水土保持产业化发展等一系列措施,使农业生产基础设施得以提升,农村生态环境得到明显改善,产业结构得到进一步优化调整,打造出了一派产业兴旺、生态宜居和生活富裕的乡村振兴新局面。

Abstract:

In the process of small watershed management, Feixian County takes the following actions as its goal, such as "managing the local water and soil, developing its economy, enriching the local people, and beautifying their homeland". Through a series of measures such as carrying out top- level design, innovating the coordination mechanism, revitalizing green assets, adhering to the systematic management of mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and deserts, and guiding the industrialization of soil and water conservation, the agricultural production infrastructure has been improved, the rural ecological environment has been significantly optimized, and the industrial structure has been further adjusted. A new future of rural revitalization featuring prosperous industries, livable ecology and affluent life has been created.
