山东省美丽幸福河湖建设实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Beautiful and Happy Rivers and Lakes in Shandong

摘要:

近年来,山东省高度重视美丽幸福河湖建设,自2020年部署启动美丽幸福示范河湖建设工作至今,省、市、县三级联动,基本实现美丽幸福河湖全省县域全覆盖,沿河群众获得感、幸福感、安全感大大增强。为更好推动新阶段幸福河湖建设高质量发展,文章从近五年来各地幸福河建设推进情况、相关投入情况、创建过程中存在的困难、问题以及意见建议等方面内容着手开展调研,为持续深化幸福河湖建设提供参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, Shandong Province has attached great importance to the construction of beautiful and happy rivers and lakes. Since the deployment and launch of the program of beautiful and happy demonstration rivers and lakes in 2020, the 3 levels of governments from province, municipality and county, have linked up to realize the full coverage of the program in all counties basically. Accordingly, the sense of gain, happiness and security of the people along the rivers have been greatly enhanced. In order to better promote the high- quality development of the program in the new stage, this paper conducts research on the progress of the program in various regions in the past five years, such as the relevant investment, the difficulties and problems, as well as experiences and suggestions, so as to provide a reference for continuously deepening the construction of happy rivers and lakes program.
