山东省重点河流生态水量优化调度研究

Research on Optimization and Scheduling of Ecological Water Volume in Key Rivers of Shandong

摘要:

为持续强化流域水资源统一管理和水生态保护要求,加强调度管理,规范调度行为,保障水安全,发挥水效益,促进水利高质量发展。在广泛调查研究的基础上,分析了山东省生态水量调度管理工作现状、面临形势与问题,结合省内河流水情、工情实际,探索生态水量优化调度方法,提出生态水量优化调度对策及建议,为持续做好全省层面河流生态水量调度管理工作提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

In order to continuously strengthen the unified management of basin water resources and the requirements of aquatic ecological protection, and on the basis of extensive and investigation and research, this paper analyze the current situation and problems of ecological water volume scheduling management in Shandong Province, with expectation to enhance scheduling management, standardize scheduling behaviors, ensure water security and water benefits, and promote high- quality development of water resources. Combined with the actual situation of river hydrology and engineering in Shandong, it explores the optimization scheduling methods of ecological water volume, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for ecological water volume optimization scheduling, so as to provide technical support for continuously improving in river ecological water volume scheduling management at the provincial level.
