济宁市水利督查管理存在问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Water Resources Supervision and Management Capabilities in Jining

文章探讨了新时期提升水利督查管理能力的重要性与方法,通过分析济宁市当前水利督查存在的问题,包括传统督查模式的局限性、督查能力和专业化水平不足、缺乏针对性、信息化水平低以及缺少督研结合等,提出了规范督查业务全生命周期流程、对督查事项分类分级管控、加强培训、科技赋能提升督查信息化水平以及督研结合提升问题处理能力等建议,以便水利督查更有效地融入水利工作的各个环节,推动水利事业高质量发展。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the importance and methods of improving water resources supervision and management capabilities in the new era. By analyzing the current problems existing in water resources supervision in Jining Municipality, including the limitations of traditional supervision modes, insufficient supervision professional capabilities, lack of pertinence, low informatization and lack of integration of supervision and research, it puts forward suggestions such as standardizing the whole life cycle process of supervision business, classifying and grading the management and control of supervision matters, strengthening training, empowering science and technology to improve the informatization of supervision, and integrating supervision and research to enhance problem- handling capabilities. These suggestions aim to enable water resources supervision to be more effectively integrated into all aspects of water resources and promote the high- quality development of water resources undertakings.
