    近年来,潍坊市结合水环境管理实际需求,探索采取“遥感监测 + 模型解译”的方式,实现了城市黑臭水体的精准识别和动态监管,有效减少了人工成本,提高了监管效率。文章介绍了潍坊市城市黑臭水体管理现状,阐述了“遥感监测 $^+$ 模型解译”的总体思路、原理分析、实践应用,为城市黑臭水体整治工作提供了新的思路和解决方案。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, in combination with the actual needs of water environment management, it has explored the application of the "remote sensing monitoring + model interpretation" method in Weifang Municipality, which has realized the accurate identification and dynamic supervision of urban black and odorous water bodies, effectively reducing labor costs and improving supervision efficiency. This paper introduces the current situation of urban black and odorous water body management in Weifang, expounds the overall idea, principle analysis and practical application of "remote sensing monitoring + model interpretation", and provides new concept and solutions for the improvement of urban black and odorous water bodies.
