    摘要:

    推进再生水利用是优化区域供水结构、增加水资源供给、缓解水资源供需矛盾、减少水污染、保障水生态安全的重要举措。自2022年日照市开展试点工作以来,岚山区统筹将再生水用于工业生产、城市杂用、生态环境等领域,再生水利用率由2020年的29%提升到2024年的72.9%,远远超于试点目标55%,城市再生水利率得到显著提高, 探索出了一条节约、高效、可行的再生水利用之路,形成了先进适用的再生水利用配置模式,打造出工业生产再生水利用典范,为城市开展再生水利用配置工作积累了经验。

    Abstract:

    Promoting recycled water utilization is very important to help optimize the regional water supply structure, increase water resource supply, alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand, reduce water pollution, and ensure water ecological security. Since it launched the pilot program in Rizhao Municipality in 2022, the Lanshan District has integrated recycled water into fields such as industrial production, urban miscellaneous use, and ecological environment. The utilization rate of recycled water has increased from 29% in 2020 to 72.9% in 2024, far exceeding the pilot target of 55%. The urban recycled water utilization rate has been significantly improved, exploring a economical, efficient, and feasible path for recycled water utilization, forming an advanced and applicable recycled water utilization and allocation model, and creating a model for recycled water utilization in industrial production. This has accumulated experience for cities to carry out recycled water utilization and allocation.
