Practice of Standardized Construction Site for Water Projects in Shandong

本文从制度建设、人员管理、场所规范、质量安全、施工作业和智慧工地六大维度,总结分析山东省在水利工程建设标准化方面取得的实践成果,深入剖析标准化工地建设面临的系统性问题,并提出体系化、前瞻性的发展策略,为高质量水利工程建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:

This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical achievements of the standardization of water project construction in Shandong, from the following six points, as system construction, personnel management, site standardization, quality and safety, construction operation, and smart construction site. It deeply dissects the systematic problems faced in the construction of standardized construction sites, and puts forward systematic and forward-looking development strategies, providing reference for high-quality water project construction.
