水利工程档案全生命周期管理与应用实践

Whole-Life Cycle Management and Application Practice of Water Resources Project Archives

摘要:

根据现有研究资料,结合从事水利工程档案管理工作经验,以官路水库工程档案管理为例,阐述了水利工程档案全生命周期管理的定义及特点、总体目标与各阶段任务以及一些具体技术支持策略和建议,以期能够为水利工程档案管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Based on existing research materials and combined with the experience in water resources project archive management, this paper takes the archive management of Guanlu Reservoir Project as an example, expounds the definition, characteristics, overall objectives, tasks at various stages of the whole-life cycle management of water resources project archives, as well as some specific technical support strategies and suggestions, with expectation to provide reference for the archive management in the similar project.
