近年来,山东水利技师学院切实履行水文化保护、传承和弘扬的职责与使命,立足水利院校特色,将水文化贯穿于校园文化建设、思政育人实践、全环境育人体系全过程,探索形成“环境浸润-课堂贯通-社团展演-实践深化” 四位一体育人模式,系统化培养具有扎实水利专业知识、高尚职业道德与深厚水文化素养的高技能人才,为水利院校文化育人提供可复制的实践样板。

Abstract:

In recent years, Shandong Technician College of Water Conservancy earnestly fulfills the responsibility and mission of protecting, inheriting and promoting water culture. Based on the characteristics of water conservancy colleges, it integrates water culture into the whole process of campus culture construction, ideological and political education practice, and the all-round education system. The College has explored and formed a "four-in-one" education model featuring "environment immersion-classroom integration-club performance-practice deepening", systematically cultivating high-skilled talents with solid professional knowledge of water conservancy, noble professional ethics and profound water culture literacy, thus providing a replicable practical model for cultural education in water conservancy colleges.
