    摘要:

    胶东调水工程管道段线路长、高差大、水工建(构)筑物复杂,在历年运行中,压力管道有时会发生事故工况,高位水池的调蓄功能直接影响胶东调水工程的运行安全。文章以新建增容高位水池为研究对象,介绍该水池建成前的工程概况及调蓄功能,同时结合闭水试验结果进行水位、水量分析,以及增容高位水池建成后发挥的调蓄功能效益,旨在为其在今后的调水任务中发挥功能效益进行探索。

    Abstract:

    The pipeline section of the Water Diversion Project from Yellow River to Jiaodong Area features a long route, large height difference, and complex hydraulic structures (buildings). During the practice over the years, accidental working conditions have occasionally occurred in the pressure pipelines, and the regulation and storage function of high-level water tanks is directly related to the operation safety. Taking the newly-built and capacity-increased high-level water tank as the research object, this paper introduces the project overview and regulation-storage function before the completion of the water tank. Meanwhile, it analyzes the water level and volume based on the results of the water-tightness test, as well as the regulation-storage function benefits exerted after the completion of the capacity-increased high-level water tank, aiming to explore its functional benefits in water diversion in the future.
