Abstract:Due to the importance of the river basin flood control system, the activation of the Xiaoging River Flood Diversion Channel is of crucial significance to regional water security and sustainable development. Based on field investigations and model simulations, this paper analyzes the impacts of the channel's activation on water diversion safety, physical assets and flood routing systematically. Combined with the demands of river basin improvement, targeted countermeasures are proposed, providing a scientific basis for improving the flood control and dispatching system and promoting regional coordinated development.
