Practice on Landscape Project to Support Small River Basin Improvement in Tancheng

摘要:

阐述了沂蒙山区域山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程子项目城县白马河上游水系连通及修复工程的建设成效及存在的问题,提出加大力度继续实施山水项目、合理分配水资源指标、建设水行政执法队伍、调出水利设施用地等建议,可为类似小流域治理提供参考。

Abstract:

This paper describes the construction effect and existing problems of the upstream water system connectivity and restoration project of Baima River in Tancheng County, a sub-project of integrated protection and restoration of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses and sand in Yimeng Mountain region. Furthermore, it puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the implementation of the landscape project, rational allocation of water resources indicators, building water administrative law enforcement teams, and transferring land use right for water facilities. It can provide reference for similar small watershed management.
