Abstract:This paper describes the construction effect and existing problems of the upstream water system connectivity and restoration project of Baima River in Tancheng County, a sub-project of integrated protection and restoration of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasses and sand in Yimeng Mountain region. Furthermore, it puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the implementation of the landscape project, rational allocation of water resources indicators, building water administrative law enforcement teams, and transferring land use right for water facilities. It can provide reference for similar small watershed management.
