Abstract:In recent years, the Tengzhou City has been frequently hit by rainstorms, resulting in serious urban waterlogging which affected urban operation. In view of the waterlogging problem, this paper finds out the root causes from the aspects of the inflow of upstream foreign water into the city, the discharge of downstream waterlogging, the blocking points in the urban drainage system, and the lack of drainage channels. Comprehensive actions such as upstream diversion, downstream unblocking, internal dredging, blocking removal and deficiency supplementation are taken. Specifically, foreign water is diverted upstream of the city, the capacity of discharging downstream waterlogging is improved, and the blocking points and blind spots in the internal urban drainage are dredged and supplemented. The effect of waterlogging control is obvious.
