Abstract:Aiming at the problems in traditional measurement of layout in earth and rock works, which are easy for being affected by terrain and excavation accuracy relying on manual experience, this paper proposes an intelligent earth excavation construction technology based on the 3D excavator intelligent guidance system. This system constructs digital construction platform through GNSS positioning, multi-axis sensors and TC-Office software, which calculates the 3D coordinates of the bucket in real time, dynamically displays the spatial relationship between the bucket and the target working surface, and realize visualized and precise excavation. This technology can significantly improve accuracy, safety and economic benefits, which provides a reliable solution for earthwork projects in complex terrain.
