    摘要:

    针对传统土石方工程中测量放样受地形制约、开挖精度依赖人工经验等问题,提出基于 3D 挖掘机智能引导系统的智能化土方开挖施工技术。该系统通过 GNSS 定位、多轴传感器及TC-Office 软件构建数字化施工平台,实时解算铲斗三维坐标并动态显示其与目标工作面的空间关系,实现可视化精确开挖。该技术可显著提高精度、安全性与经济效益,为复杂地形土方工程提供可靠解决方案。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems in traditional measurement of layout in earth and rock works, which are easy for being affected by terrain and excavation accuracy relying on manual experience, this paper proposes an intelligent earth excavation construction technology based on the 3D excavator intelligent guidance system. This system constructs digital construction platform through GNSS positioning, multi-axis sensors and TC-Office software, which calculates the 3D coordinates of the bucket in real time, dynamically displays the spatial relationship between the bucket and the target working surface, and realize visualized and precise excavation. This technology can significantly improve accuracy, safety and economic benefits, which provides a reliable solution for earthwork projects in complex terrain.
