通过对丁东水库防范应对极端低溫雨雪冰冻天气进行梳理,对低溫雨雪冰冻天气对水库大坝、泵站和管道运行可能造成的安全隐患进行了全面分析,并从组织、管理和工程技术方面提出了相应对策与措施,以便为其他平原水库遇到类似极端天气提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Through the review of Dingdong Reservoir's prevention and response to extreme low-temperature rain and snow freezing weather, the paper analyzes the potential safety hazards comprehensively caused by low-temperature rain and snow freezing weather to the operation of reservoir dam, pumping station and pipeline, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of organization, management and engineering technology, in order to provide reference for other plain reservoirs to encounter similar extreme weather.
