Practice and Reflection on the Improvement of the Flood Control and Disaster Reduction Service Capacity of Liaocheng Hydrology

摘要:

围绕新时期水文发展总体目标,聊城水文建立完善了系列水文监测体系,水文测报能力和质量不断提升, 水旱灾害防御支撑和水文服务能力全面增强。文章结合聊城水文行业发展现状和具体实践,提出了夯实水文监测基础、提升水文预报预警水平、构建水文信息多元服务体系、推进水文人才科技创新等一系列防汛减灾服务能力再提升的建议和思考。

Abstract:

Focusing on the overall goals of hydrological development in the new era, it established and improved a series of hydrological monitoring systems in Liaocheng hydrology sector. The hydrological forecasting and reporting capabilities and quality have been continuously improved, and the support for flood and drought disaster prevention and the hydrological service capabilities have been comprehensively enhanced. Combining with the current development situation and specific practices of the hydrological industry in Liaocheng, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions and reflections on further improving the flood control and disaster reduction service capabilities, such as consolidating the foundation of hydrological monitoring, improving the level of hydrological forecasting and early warning, constructing a diversified hydrological information service system, and promoting scientific and technological innovation hydrological talents.
