Innovative Measures and Practical Experience of Soil and Water Conservation in Guanxian

在黄河故道沙化、冬春风蚀与夏汛水蚀叠加的生态挑战下,冠县坚持以“两山论”为指导,通过水土保持系统治理、产业融合与机制创新,探索出黄泛平原风蚀区生态产品价值实现路径。文章总结了近年来冠县水土保持的工作成效以及经验模式,分析现存问题并提出改进建议,为同类地区提供参考。

Abstract:

Facing the ecological challenges of desertification in the old course of the Yellow River, superimposed wind erosion in winter and spring, and water erosion in summer floods, Guanxian County adheres to the guidance of the "Two Mountains Theory". Through systematic management of soil and water conservation, industrial integration, and mechanism innovation, it explores for realizing the value of ecological products in the wind-eroded area of the Yellow River Flood Plain. This paper summarizes the achievements and experience models of soil and water conservation in Guanxian County in recent years, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward improvement suggestions, providing references for similar areas
