洙赵新河幸福河湖建设实践与启示

Practice and Thinking on "Happy River-Lake'" Campaign in Zhu Zhaoxin River

摘要:

近年来,济宁市积极践行淮河流域省级河湖长联席会议关于建设幸福河湖的工作要求,组织开展洙赵新河嘉样县段淮河流域幸福河湖建设工作。文章从筑牢生态底色、抗牢河湖安澜底线、建强技术标杆、提升人文底蕴、实现生态价值转化5个方面总结了创建淮河流域幸福河湖的具体实践,提出了创建幸福河湖的经验启示，为淮河流域幸福河湖建设提供借鉴

Abstract:

In recent years,in Jining Municipality, it actively implemented the"Happy River-Lake" campaign based onthe Inter-provincial River-Lake Chief Joint Meeting of the Huaihe River Basin, and organized the "Happy River-Lake"construction for the Jiaxiang County section of Zhu Zhaoxin River in the Huaihe River Basin. This paper summarizes thespecific practices from five aspects: on the ecological foundation, in safeguarding the safety of rivers and lakes, for thestrong technical supporf,in enhancing the humanistic heritage,and to the transformation of ecological value, It also putsforward the experience and thinking of "Happy River-Lake" campaign, providing references for the "HappyRiver-Lake" construction in the Huaihe River Basin.
